Assistant Customer Service Manager
•Female, Not Over 30 Years Old. Must Have A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Mass Communications Or Any Business Related Course.

•Must Have At Least Two (2) Years Relevant Experience In Leading And/or Supervising Customer Service Division And Preferably Gained From The Appliance, Call Centers Or Service Provider Industry.

•Candidates Must Possess An Excellent Knowledge And Experience In Customer Relations Management And In Consumer Behavior.

•Must Be Well-experienced In Modern Office Procedures And Methods Including Telephone Communications And Office Systems. •Computer Literate And Should Be Trainable In Using Software Programs.

•Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Is Required. Can Be Highly Flexible & Easily Adapt To Changes/situations.

•Directly Reporting To Our Customer Service Manager. She Will Direct The Customer Service Group Based On Their Duties & Responsibilities And Recommend Ways To Improve Productivity.

•Responsible To Create New Ideas And Inputs To Fully Improve Our Customer Service Values, Procedures And Morale Of The Team.

•Adept In Organizing And Conducting Trainings Particularly In Customer Service Topics.
